He continued to wait until the real estate agent arrived, but no one could gain access to the property. He was kind enough to return the next day, and after a short wait gained access to the property. He performed a complete, thorough and comprehensive inspection of the propety from the roof to the lower level of the home. The analysis of all the components was very thorough. He took the time during the inspection to point out all of the defects that he discovered, accompanied by a complete explanation and any suggestions. He was very professional and timely.
